When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Since we ship worldwide from different distribution centers depending on your location, shipping time will vary. The average shipping time is about 7 to 20 business days. Your tracking number will be updated within 3-7 days after your order is shipped.
How do I cancel an order?
We can only cancel an order within the first 12 hours after it is placed. After this time, the order will most likely have been processed and ready to ship or has already been shipped. Once a cancellation has taken effect, we are no longer able to process it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on a fast service, which includes getting your order out as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you in reviewing your case and, if approved, we will send a replacement. Please do not return any item until we have reviewed your case and our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. hypermarketmall.com reserves the right to deny any return request.
Customers only pay one shipping fee (including return shipping), and no restocking fees are charged to consumers for returned products. For orders over $99.00, customers are responsible for return shipping; for orders under $99, customers are not required to pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
